Odin Metrology was founded in 1995 by senior experts from the Brüel & Kjær (B&K) western management team. A cornerstone of our metrological integrity is the stringent calculation of measurement uncertainties. Every calibration is performed in a strictly controlled environment, ensuring total NIST-traceability and compliance with the most rigorous quality standards.

• The 4:1 Test Uncertainty Ratio (TUR): We engineer our procedures to ascertain a minimum 4:1 TUR.

• Total Transparency: In the rare event that a 4:1 ratio cannot be fulfilled, the actual calculated uncertainty is explicitly documented on the calibration certificate for your quality audits.

• Acoustic Precision: We maintain a measurement uncertainty of ±0.11 dB, backed by laboratory references at 251 Hz with an uncertainty of ±0.05 dB.

• Vibration Precision: Our measurement uncertainty is held to ±1.0%, using the Laser Interferometer Accelerometer method for absolute accuracy.

• Electrical & Frequency: AC Voltage uncertainty is held to ±0.01% (10 mV to 1000 V), and Frequency uncertainty is 0.01% from 40 Hz to 10 MHz.
